3 years of AI testing

Deep integration of cutting-edge AI. The architecture is continuously tested for quality, accuracy and resilience to errors.

04

A modern context engine

Understands your biomarkers, tracker data and history as a whole, over time, for years. Not a “general-purpose chatbot” but a partner in looking after your health.

05

Preventive medicine and longevity

The ideal source of information in this field. A focus on early signals, the whole picture and the long horizon, where lifestyle makes all the difference.

Developed together with a team of doctors and nutritionists.

Manifesto

Living in a healthy body is possible

Through a calm understanding of what is happening in your body, and precise steps that fit into ordinary life. Not a heroic feat. Just a good day, repeated many times.

The idea is simple, but hard to put into practice on your own. Too much contradictory advice. Too many sellers of one-size-fits-all programmes for people who have nothing in common.

We believe everyone needs their own approach. A mother with a small child, an entrepreneur who lives on flights, an athlete in training and an active retiree each have their own pace, their own data, their own possibilities.

We believe knowledge about healthy living should be available to everyone. That the body is not a problem but an ally. That a symptom is a signal. And that the quality of each day adds up to the quality of a life.

That’s why Longlivety doesn’t hand out advice “for everyone”. Here we work with what you actually have. And remember it tomorrow.

Knowledge base

An extensive knowledge base
on preventive medicine

The AI doesn’t work on the “open internet” but on a vetted, specialised knowledge base. It covers nutrition science, preventive medicine, longevity science, psychosomatics, fitness methodology and related fields, each with its own sources, methodology and markers.

Nutrition science

Diet, deficiencies and lab results together

Connects what you eat with what your blood shows.

“Ferritin 38 against a reference of 80: what should I do about it?”
Preventive medicine

Early signals 5–10 years before a diagnosis

Works in the tradition of the Russian school of preventive medicine, TCM and other approaches.

“ApoB 110: what does it mean at my age?”
Longevity science

Biological age and the hallmarks of ageing

A strategy for decades: from inflammation to mitochondrial function.

“I want to see how my biological age compares with my actual age.”
Psychosomatics

How body and emotions affect each other

Steps in where a symptom can’t be explained by a single system.

“My stomach has been playing up for three months and the gastroenterologist can’t find anything.”
Fitness methodology

Movement matched to your rhythm and markers

Not a “weight-loss programme” but training load matched to your current state.

“I train three times a week and my recovery keeps dropping.”

The context engine takes up to 271 biomarkers into account at once, along with tracker data and diagnostic questionnaires, and sees how the values influence each other. It remembers your history and tracks your progress over time.

These are not real doctors, and we don’t pass the AI off as one. Behind the knowledge base are vetted scientific sources and ten years of work by specialists who build and validate it.
Approach

The four pillars Longlivety is built on

This is the substantive part of the site. If you’ve read this far and want to understand what the product stands on, this section is for you.

01Preventive medicine

We work before a disease develops

We draw on preventive medicine: the kind described in Peter Attia’s work, in Satchin Panda’s research on circadian biology and in the Russian school of preventive medicine (Moskalev, Dadali, Gostry and others). Longlivety continues it, one step further towards “before the disease develops”.

The preventive approach looks at risks decades ahead. Which markers predict cardiovascular events. Which signals show up in lab results 5–10 years before a diagnosis.

02Lifestyle

Nutrition, sleep, movement, supplements, emotions: the first levers

These levers can work before medication and alongside it, reducing its load on the body. They can soften symptoms by easing the load on the body’s detoxification systems.

The system works with all these levers together. Nutrition affects sleep, sleep affects recovery, recovery determines how much load you can handle, and load shows up in your blood markers.

03Systems, not symptoms

Behind every symptom are several systems at once

Hormones, the gut, sleep, deficiencies, emotions, lifestyle. Almost anything that shows up as a single symptom is in fact intertwined with several systems of the body. That’s why a clarifying question matters more than a quick answer.

Unexplained fatigue can be ferritin, cortisol, sleep, thyroid hormones or a combination of several factors at once. One symptom gives five hypotheses. A good analysis starts by telling them apart.

04Personal context

There is no such thing as universal advice

The same ApoB of 110 means different things at 30 and at 65. B vitamins come in dozens of forms: one person needs the methylated form, another does fine with the standard one.

Universal advice fails because it ignores context. The app’s memory keeps your context, so recommendations are about you, not about “people in general”.

We don’t diagnose. We don’t prescribe treatment. We don’t replace an in-person consultation. In acute conditions, serious illness, pregnancy and psychiatric cases we refer you to a doctor and stay alongside you as nutritional support, helping you look after yourself through food. This isn’t legal cover. It’s part of our approach. A good preventive tool knows its limits.
Scenarios

We take on 75% of the work.

Clarifying questions, untangling connections, finding hypotheses, reading lab results and trackers, keeping the context: the app takes all of that on. All you need to do is describe your situation and try the recommendations in real life.

25%is left to you: describe the situation and take the first steps
01Morning before a trip · ~ 1.5 minutes

“My flight leaves in 3 hours and I feel like I’m coming down with something. What should I take with me?”

The system checks a few key details. It takes your context into account straight away: your immunity, past seasonal episodes, the supplements you already take. It gives you a compact list: what to take, what to add, what to watch for.

A precise list for your situation, not generic advice from the internet.
02After a blood panel

“You upload a PDF of your lab results”

The system sees your previous results. It shows what has changed, what is out of range and what is still borderline. It gives three to five hypotheses about the causes of the shifts and suggests next steps, from the most likely and quickest to the deeper ones.

Your panel analysed over time, plus a clear plan: where to start to see results sooner.
03Under pressure · tracker

“I’ve been working 12-hour days for three weeks. Am I burning out?”

The system looks at your latest Whoop or Oura data. Recovery has dropped, HRV is down, sleep is shorter, resting heart rate is up. It compares this with your usual state. If there’s a recent cortisol result in your labs, it takes that into account. It gives you a few micro-steps for the next seven days.

An analysis based on your numbers over the period, not on how you feel. An intervention you can fit into your week.
04Long-term work · 6 months

“Six months working on insulin resistance”

You come back to the conversation every two weeks. The system remembers your whole context, sees the trend and adjusts the approach. It doesn’t start from scratch each time.

Long-term support that no nutritionist charging by the hour can offer.
What’s inside

Everything about your body in one conversation with an advanced, specialised AI model.

Long-term memory

Next time
you don’t start from scratch

What sets Longlivety apart from any AI chat is memory. Context is kept for years: today’s sleep, this week’s meals, yesterday’s workout, the anxiety you feel right now.

  • We remember your biomarkers, past complaints, past recommendations and how you responded to them.
  • We remember your context: work rhythm, flights, training load, sleep, nutrition.
  • We see the trend: what changed from month to month.
  • We never lose this picture.

FAQ

The things that usually stay unclear

Until recently, deep knowledge of your own body was a privilege of the few: people who could afford extensive check-ups and a team of specialists in different fields. Longlivety makes that knowledge available to everyone. It’s a new kind of value that no single test or consultation can give you: one place where all your health data comes together in a meaningful conversation.

It means being able to see the state of your body as fully as possible. It doesn’t mean you have to take every test there is. We’re for a sensible approach and precise actions. Most of the time you only need the values that matter in your situation. And you can always expand and complete the picture when you need to.

The main difference is the sources. ChatGPT draws on the open internet, where reliable and questionable information sit side by side. Longlivety works on a specialised knowledge base: nutrition science, preventive medicine, longevity science, circadian biology, psychosomatics, fitness methodology. Only vetted scientific sources. On top of that there’s a modern context engine that understands how biomarkers, tracker data and your history influence each other over time, plus long-term memory that lasts for years. ChatGPT remains a general-purpose conversation partner. Longlivety becomes a long-term partner in looking after your health.

No. We don’t diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace an in-person consultation. What we do is help you better understand what your doctor tells you, prepare for appointments with specific questions and work with natural levers where they work.

Only you. We don’t pass it to third parties or use it for advertising. More in the privacy policy.

Anytime, in the settings. Deletion is complete and leaves no trace.

For anyone who wants to improve their body and how they feel: “things are fine, but I want to understand and improve them”. If you already have a diagnosis, Longlivety doesn’t replace your doctor. It helps you better understand their recommendations, see your progress and ask meaningful questions at appointments. It also helps you shape your lifestyle so that it supports your recovery as much as possible. The best kind of helper.

Yes. For nutritionists, health coaches and doctors in private practice there is a separate product, the specialist workspace: clients’ lab results from PDFs and photos in one profile, trends across 271 values and an assistant that talks to you as a colleague. 7 days free, no card.Specialist workspace

Preventive medicine (the work of Attia and others), the Russian school of nutrition science (Moskalev, Dadali, Gostry and others), circadian biology (Satchin Panda), psychosomatics and longevity science. More in the “Approach” section.

The first 7 days are free with no card required: upload lab results, connect a tracker, have conversations and see how the memory works. After that it’s $9 a month, and you can cancel anytime.

The app works in the browser on your computer and your phone. One account: the same history, biomarkers and connected trackers are available in the browser and on your smartphone. Your conversation continues where you left off.

Whoop 4.0 and Oura Ring are supported now. Apple Watch and Garmin are coming in upcoming updates. Once a tracker is connected, its data syncs automatically. The system works with it the same way as with blood tests: it takes it into account in every answer.
Knowledge

In-depth reads about your body, without fluff or oversimplification

The Longlivety umbrella

Behind Longlivety
is a family of health products

Longlivety is the conceptual and scientific foundation for a family of products about health, the body and quality of life. Each product is made for its own tasks and its own people.

Two products on one knowledge base: a personal app and a workspace for specialists who guide clients through their lab results.
