Terms of Use

Rules of using the Longlivety service, user rights and obligations, medical disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between JELTUXIN ANDREY SERGEYEVICH (the "Operator", "we") and the individual user (the "User", "you") of the Longlivety service and related products.

By using longlivety.ru, the pwa.longlivety.pro web application, the @Longlife_pro_bot Telegram bot, or any other Longlivety product, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Longlivety is

Longlivety is an AI service in the field of health education, preventive medicine, and longevity. The Service includes:

• a web application for managing personal biomarkers and conducting dialogues with the AI team;
• educational materials (the "Knowledge" section);
• integrations with wearable devices (Whoop, Oura, and others);
• the Telegram bot "Checkup in the Pocket" for short queries.

The Service provides informational and educational services. The Service is not a medical institution, does not provide medical services, does not diagnose, and does not prescribe treatment.

Medical disclaimer

The AI team of the Service consists of automated software modules. Each module is an intelligence with a specialized knowledge base, trained on scientific sources, but is not a practicing physician, nutritionist, or other medically licensed specialist. The Service does not represent AI modules as actual specialists.

Beta status

User account

Full Service functionality requires registering an account. By registering, you:

• provide accurate information (email and other data as requested);
• are responsible for the confidentiality of credentials and all actions taken using your account;
• agree to immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to your account;
• confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

The Operator may suspend or close an account in case of violation of these Terms, technical circumstances, or other grounds provided by law.

Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• provide the Service to other persons using your account or sell access to it;
• circumvent plan limits, usage restrictions, or technical safeguards;
• use the Service for automated data collection (parsing, scraping), reverse engineering, or hacking attempts;
• upload malicious code, spam, illegal or offensive content;
• use the Service for activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the applicable laws of your country of residence;
• misrepresent AI team responses as medical recommendations from a qualified specialist in commercial activities.

Subscription and payment

Part of the Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. Subscription terms, prices, payment procedures, refunds, and other commercial terms are governed by the Public Offer.

A free trial is provided to new users once. After the trial period expires, access continues under a paid subscription or is suspended, depending on the option chosen.

Intellectual property

All Service materials (text, design, source code, knowledge bases, AI models, Longlivety trademarks) are the intellectual property of the Operator or used under license. You receive a limited non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute Service materials without explicit written consent of the Operator;
• create derivative products based on the Service;
• remove or alter authorship marks or copyright notices.

Content that you enter into the Service (dialogues, notes, biomarkers) remains your property. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing services.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Operator does not warrant continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation of the Service;
• The Operator is not liable for medical, financial, or other decisions made by the User based on Service materials;
• The Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, moral damages, or data loss resulting from use or inability to use the Service;
• The aggregate liability of the Operator to the User is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by the User for the last 12 months.

This limitation does not apply in cases where it is expressly prohibited by law (intent, gross negligence, damage to life or health caused by the Operator's actions).

Termination of use

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the application settings or by writing to support@longlivety.pro.

The Operator may terminate or suspend your access to the Service in the following cases:

• violation of these Terms;
• failure to pay subscription fees on time;
• discontinuation of the Service for any reason;
• requirement of authorized government bodies.

Upon termination of use, the provisions of Section 6 of the Privacy Policy regarding data retention and deletion periods apply.

Changes to Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email and through the application interface at least 14 days before a new version takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes arising from or in connection with the Terms are resolved through negotiations. If pre-court settlement is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to consideration by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the procedure established by law.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions retain full force.

In case of any discrepancies between the Russian version and the English version, the Russian version shall prevail as the primary language of the agreement in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
