Who it’s for

For those who guide clients through their lab results

Doctor in private practice

Lab results arrive in messengers and folders. Before every appointment the client’s history has to be pieced together again.

One client profile: every report, every value, your note and trends by date.

Nutritionist, health coach

Going through one report takes an evening, and there’s no time to compare it with earlier results and wearable data.

Values are recognised within a minute. The assistant suggests what to look at together and what to clarify.

Small clinic, wellness centre

Every specialist keeps their own spreadsheets. There is no single format for a client’s history.

One way of working for every specialist: the profile, recognised reports and trends across the same 271 values.

How it works

Three steps from report to analysis

01

Create a client profile

Name, sex, age, cycle phase if needed, and your note. Reference ranges are calculated for the client’s sex and age.

Anna K. · F · 34
Note: vegetarian, doesn’t tolerate ferrous sulphate
02

Upload lab results: PDF or photo

The values are recognised and laid out in a table. Check, correct, save: only the values you confirm go into the profile.

report_03.2026.pdf · 14 markers recognised
Ferritin 12 ng/mL · Hemoglobin 118 g/L · CRP 0.8 mg/L
03

Ask the assistant

It sees the profile, all lab results, documents and your note. It answers as a colleague: findings, what to clarify, approach, when to refer.

You: where do we start with iron?
Assistant: findings → what to clarify → approach → when to refer
Features

What the workspace does

Client profiles

Name, sex, age, cycle phase, the specialist’s note. Reference ranges are calculated for the client’s sex and age.

Lab results from PDFs and photos

Upload a file and the values are recognised. You check and edit them in a table before saving. Scans and photos work too.

Catalogue and trends

271 values, the lab reference range and the functional optimum, a chart by date, SI and US units.

AI assistant for specialists

Sees the client’s profile, all lab results, documents and note. Answers as a colleague: findings, what to clarify, approach, when to refer.

Memory for each client

Allergies, diagnoses and medications mentioned in the chat are remembered and taken into account in every later answer.

Wearables

WHOOP, Oura, Apple Health and others: sleep, heart rate and heart rate variability in the same client profile.

Example analysis

A specialist’s question and the assistant’s answer

Specialist Female client, 34, vegetarian. Ferritin 12 ng/mL, hemoglobin 118 g/L. Doesn’t tolerate ferrous sulphate. Where do we start?
Assistant · shortened answer

Findings

Ferritin 12 with hemoglobin 118: depleted iron stores and mild anemia. By the lab reference range the values are borderline; by the functional optimum (ferritin 50–70 ng/mL) the deficiency is pronounced. A vegetarian diet explains the low intake of heme iron but doesn’t rule out losses.

What to clarify

Volume and duration of menstrual periods. MCV, transferrin and transferrin saturation, CRP: ferritin rises with inflammation and can mask a deficiency. B12 and folate: in vegetarians, B12 deficiency often runs in parallel. If the cause is unclear, screening for coeliac disease (tTG‑IgA) is needed.

Approach

Discuss a chelated form, iron bisglycinate: it is better tolerated than sulphate. According to studies, alternate-day dosing is absorbed no worse than daily dosing, with fewer side effects (alternate-day studies used 60–100 mg of elemental iron; doses for chelated forms are usually lower). In the morning, with vitamin C, apart from calcium, tea and coffee. Add legumes, pumpkin seeds and buckwheat to the diet together with sources of vitamin C. Recheck ferritin and a complete blood count in 8–12 weeks.

When to refer

To a gynaecologist if periods are heavy. To a gastroenterologist if malabsorption is suspected or the coeliac screen is positive. To a haematologist if ferritin doesn’t rise after 3 months of adequate supplementation.

FAQ

Questions people ask before signing up

Does the client need to install an app or sign up?

No. The workspace is for the specialist. The client doesn’t install or sign up for anything: you keep their profile yourself.

Which labs’ reports are supported?

PDFs, photos and scans of reports from any lab. The values are recognised and laid out in a table; if the layout is unusual, you can correct the values by hand before saving.

What does the assistant see when it answers?

The client’s profile, all saved lab results, uploaded documents, your note and wearable data. Facts from the conversation (allergies, diagnoses, medications) are remembered and taken into account in later answers.

Does the assistant replace a doctor?

No. The assistant provides educational information for the specialist: it helps you work through lab results and suggests what to clarify. It does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. The clinical decision stays with you.

Where is client data stored?

In an encrypted database. What data is processed and on what grounds is described in the privacy policy.

What happens after 7 days?

The trial doesn’t require a card. When it ends, you keep working in the workspace on a subscription of $35 a month. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period.

Can we work as a team?

For now the workspace is personal: one specialist works with their own clients. We don’t offer shared workspaces for clinics yet.
